Beginning strength class:
This is a circuit class designed for beginners or more mature members. The class includes lightweights, light cardio, ball and band exercises.
Yoga:
For all fitness levels. Blend of mind and body strengthening.
Fit Mix:
For all fitness levels. One hour of cardio fun.

Cardio Combo:
This class is designed for all fitness levels. The class consists of aerobics’ and step aerobics’ with occasional use of weights and bands.

for all fitness levels. A blend of mind and body strengthening.

For all fitness levels. Fun hour of Step aerobics.

Total Body Conditioning:
This class is an alternation of two classes. One class consists of circuit training. It offers intervals on one song with weights and one song with cardio
Circuit:
Follow the circuit that alternates aerobic, anaerobic and strength training exercises. This workout integrates strength, cardio, and flexibility.

Cardio Mix:
This class consists of interval step and tone, step sculpt and double step.
Sculpt/Step:
This class is all steps using a variety of patterns. This class is for all levels of fitness

Cardio Combo:
This is a multilevel class designed to challenge the beginner, intermediate and the advanced members. Heart rates are elevated as well as core strength increased.

This class is for all fitness levels. Be ready to dance and shake your body for an hour of fun.

Step tone:
This class combines cardio stepping and toning using hand weights, body bars, stability balls, resistance tubing and a fabulous abdominal workout. Beginner to advanced fitness level.

Turbo kick:
Hour of high intensity cardio. Come and join the fun. Advanced workout but all are encouraged to try the class.

Kickboxing:
Hour of high-intensity cardio. This is an advanced cardio class but al are encouraged to join in the class
Mix of Cardio:
Fun hour of cardio fitness. Open to all fitness levels.
