Fit Zone for Women® has working relationships with leading national real estate brokers and developers that will be available to help identify potential locations and assist with lease negotiations. Utilizing Fit Zone For Women's experience in site and demographic analysis, we work together to make sure that your location meets or exceeds our site criteria.

While Fit Zone for Women® does not provide financing, we can help identify commercial sources of financing and guide you through the financial application process.

Our in-house design team will assist you with floor planning, fixture and equipment layout utilizing as much of the building’s existing features in an effort to minimize construction costs. Our support team will provide you with a general floor plan that you can provide to your landlord or architect.

The Fit Zone for Women® training program has been carefully designed by successful professionals in the health club industry. You and your designated manager will attend Fit Zone For Women University, a comprehensive training program in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Training will involve classroom discussion, hands-on training on all of our fitness equipment, a thorough overview of marketing promotions and programs, instruction on membership sales and customer service. Also, you will also receive the Fit Zone for Women® Operations Manual for your club. This manual will become your daily reference guide and a training aid for your club's staff.
