Fitzone for Women of Norton Shores is a ladies only fitness center located within Family Fitness Center at 1052 E. Sternberg Road, Norton Shores, Michigan.

We offer cardiovascular machines, selectorized circuit training equipment, group fitness classes, personal training programs, tanning, locker rooms, and much more.

Simply enter through the main entrance to check-in and then access the Fitzone for Women ladies only workout facility where you can exercise discretely.

Classes Descriptions:

Basic Training – Total body conditioning which simultaneously strengthens, stretches, and defines all muscle groups by aligning the body and eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. It’s the hottest trend in New York!

Cardio KickBoxing – This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, and dance moves in a fun and exhilarating atmosphere. Terrific music with high energy will keep you moving and feeling great. Come ready to kick, punch and move in this action-packed, interval based, cardiovascular workout. It’s kickboxing and much more!

Step Aerobics – High energy, heart pumping classes uses step choreography to keep you moving to the beat of the music.

Yoga – A class that helps concentration and mental focus using a system of exercises to promote control of body and mind.

Zumba® – Learn basic influenced Latin dance moves in a aerobics workout. Enjoy the dance styles of Salsa, Meringue, Cha cha cha, all while getting fit. Perfect for beginners to intermediate.
