ZUMBA®
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba® utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
Strictly Strength
This class offers something for the entire body…cardio, strength, balance, flexibility. This class will shape and define your whole body with effective, time-efficient methods using a variety of equipment and weights. Workout ends with hard core abdominal training.
Pilates
Mat based, core strength class, incorporating flexibility and toning. Pilates is an exercise method which aims to create a balance in the body. It is designed to cater for the individual needs of each person. Pilates offers a trimmer waist, flatter belly, better posture based on a balanced muscle tone, less fatigue and lower incidence of back pain and injury.
Turbo Kick
This class is geared to all levels; it involves cardio kickboxing, focusing on all muscle groups. While working on specific combinations of jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts and kicks.
Spinning
Experience the ultimate cycling journey for total body conditioning. You may burn upwards of 800 calories in an hour as you push your cardio limits! Work at your own level while being motivated by your instructor.
Cardio Combo
Blast calories, burn fat and boost your metabolism with this high energy class. Sculpt your body and challenge your fitness level with strength training and cardio intervals.
Cardio Fusion
A high-intensity cardiovascular workout that will keep you guessing what will come next. Exercises may range from choreographed floor aerobics, to interval training, and can be a low impact workout. This class is to condition cardio for all fitness levels. A class that maximizes calorie burn by alternating cardio drills with weight training.
Body Sculpting
This class will work you from head to toe; may incorporate weights, bands, balls, and body weight and is designed for all fitness levels.
Butts & Guts
Each session will focus primarily on a variety of exercises usually without weights designed to target abdominal and gluteal muscle groups while stretching, toning and “balancing” the body. Each class will focus on form, technique, and intensity the muscles and follow up with ample stretching.
Yoga
This class can be translated to mean union of the body, mind, and spirit. It is a non-competitive, self-paced, and sensitive to your body’s needs. It gently nurtures your body through a series of physical postures to stretch and tone the muscles, release pressure in the joints, and align and strengthen the spine. Yoga also uses breathing exercises to calm and relax the mind.
S.W.E.A.T.
This class consists of Strength, Weights, Endurance, Aerobics and Toning.
Senior Fit
A little bit of everything for the person who wants to workout on a chair. Some ball, tubing and weights. No floor work. Ideal for anyone with previous injuries or physical limitations, yet still wants a good workout.
Fitness Blast
This class is fifty minutes of floor aerobics, primarily concentrating on the cardiovascular element. It is designed for all fitness levels and will incorporate various exercises to train the body. Some abs and stretching will be incorporated into your workout during the final ten minutes of the class.
Lean & Strong
This class increases your strength, tones, and endurance level by using free weights, bands, fit-balls, your own body weight, or any other object that causes your muscles to contract.
Hi-5
This class consists of calisthenics, basic step, floor aerobics, weight training, abs, and stretching.
