Beginner Yoga

Improves flexibility, strength, posture and balance. Learn basic yoga poses, stress reduction and relaxation techniques. This class is geared to the quieter side of the yoga spectrum. Props will be used and modifications made to make this class available to those with physical challenges.

Gentle Yoga

Combination of basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful movement’s ca increase flexibility and bring relaxation. Eye pillows are optional. An eye pillow reduces the light helping to induce a state of relaxation. Eye pillows are available for purchase at the gym.

Fit 2B Tied

A beginner’s class to help educate and introduce the fundamentals of cardiovascular exercise and proper weight training techniques. The first 30 minutes will be cardiovascular and the last 30 minutes will be weight training.

Ball Blast

Want to be on the Ball and have a Blast at the same time? Then this is the class you want to be a part of. Aerobic routine to burn fat followed by muscle toning, all with the use of a stability ball. Beginners encouraged.

Tube Toning

Offering different techniques to tone muscles using tubes. Great class to learn new ideas for a fun and productive workout. Beginners encouraged.

The class that has it all: step aerobics, stability ball, and muscle strengthening, what more could you ask for?

Kickboxing

This class is designed to challenge you not only cardiovascular but your muscular strength and muscular endurance as well. Combined a half hour of high intensity kickboxing routine and polish the end of class off with an intense half hour of actual boxing techniques. Any routine can be modified to fit women of any age, fitness level and any physical limitations you may have.

Aerobics

This class is designed to not only get your heart rate up for a half hour, but you will also get educated about the resistance portion of the class as well. No matter what health condition you may have, the class can be modified for you. This class is a great overall body workout.

Pump it up

Begins with a 30 minutes of high intense easy to follow step aerobics. 30 minutes of toning and strength building using weights and your own body weight.

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind workout class. You will achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate you for life! Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, and targets every major muscle group in the body.

Pilates

In this class we will use the basic pilates principals and fuse them with other workout styles so that you learn to workout safely and get the most out of your workouts.

Hoopnotics

An energizing, fat-burning cardio & muscle-sculpting hoop dance workout that is endlessly FUN, creative and sexy! Using hoops and blending hooping elements of dance. Hoopnotics tones the muscles of the core and the entire body while providing an intense cardiovascular workout.

Piyo

A Mix between pilates and yoga that focuses on core strengthening and flexibility at the same time. This class ends with a series of stretches and relaxation. Beginners welcome.

Combo

This is the class that gets it all done in one shot!!! An hour and a half that is broken up into group circuit training, cardio, weight training, and stretching. So Jump in when you want, walk away when you want, either way you will get a great overall workout!
