Fitness Boot Camps

Throughout the year, Fit Zone will offer Fitness Boot Camps which are typically held on Monday afternoons at 4:30 p.m. (and other times during our Biggest Loser programs).

 

  • The Boot Camps are open to both Members and Non Members of Fit Zone for Women.
  • These 60 Minute sessions are very reasonably priced and are available to purchase as a package or when space is available on a “drop-in” basis.
  • The length of the sessions will range from 4 to 6 weeks and are led by one of our Personal Trainers.
  • There will be a maximum of 12 participants per session.
  • Payment is due when signing up for the sessions and in non-refundable unless the session is cancelled.

WHAT IS A BOOT CAMP???

 

A Boot Camp is a high intensity strength and cardio program designed to challenge your strength and endurance.  It will combine drills, calisthenics, and strength training to increase stamina and maximize calories burned.

 

 

WHY CONDISDER A BOOT CAMP???

  • Portable – Many of the exercises nearly anywhere with minimal equipment. You learn new ways to exercise anywhere when you can’t be at the gym
