ABS & GLUTES: Works everything from the waist down, especially the ‘posterior’ region. Works ‘core’ (abs/ lower back) plus an intense sculpting segment for glutes & legs.
BODY SCULPTING: Incorporates weight training to target every area of your body. Increases metabolism while creating more lean muscle – not a bulky physique. Using weights is especially important for women for building bone density. A great workout for all levels of fitness.
BOOT CAMP: Hi impact class combining cardio/boxing drills, calisthenics, & strength training exercises to increase stamina & maximize calories burned.
CARDIO CORE FITNESS BALL: This class is a low impact, high energy cardio routine to get your heart pumping and your body moving! Use a fitness ball for entire class. You’ll develop a strong, lean and toned body while focusing on balance and stability. Gain awareness of the abdominals, oblique’s, glutes and lower back muscles.
CARDIO KICKBOXING: A hi intensity class that is a combination of boxing drills and easy to follow combinations utilizing controlled punches and kicks. Increases your balance and strength. There are various calisthenics designed to get the heart rate up and burn the maximum amount of calories in a short period of time.
HI- IMPACT AEROBICS: Provides an intense cardio workout of floor aerobics for most fitness levels. Various combinations and drills to burn even more calories.
INSTRUCTOR’S CHOICE – HI IMPACT: This class will vary between Intervals, Boot Camp, Hi Impact Floor Aerobics, and Fit Ball. This will always be a Hi intensity class!
INTERVAL TRAINING (Cardio & Weights Combo): Ultimate cardio & body sculpting workout burning fat with a cardio & weight training workout that alternates timed segments of cardio with segments of weight training. Designed to maximize strength & firm your entire body.
LO-IMPACT AEROBICS: A well rounded aerobic workout that is easy to follow, high energy, without all the bounce.
PI-YO: A blend of Yoga and Pilates to strengthen the core.
PILATES: Strengthen your core muscles – abdomen and back using stretching, lengthening and balance. Improve flexibility, strength and posture.
POWER FLEX: Interval weight training working both large and small muscle groups with weights, bands, dumbells, etc. Cardio is incorporated between sets.
STEP AEROBICS: High intensity/impact class which involves stepping on and off a platform using basic step combinations for maximum cardiovascular conditioning.
STEP AND SCULPT: Both cardio and strength training done with one class!! Basic step combinations along with various sculpting moves using both the step and weights
STRETCH & STRENGTHEN: A blend of Yoga, Pilates & stretching to strengthen and stretch the core. It will help to access the correct muscles to achieve perfect placement, build abdominal strength and dramatically increase flexibility. Ideal for those interested in toning and stretching.
TABATA: A Tabata is high energy intervals with short rests designed to burn maximum fat and calories in a short amount of time. You can burn as much or more in a half hour Tabata as you can in a 1 hour regular workout. Some Tabatas are cardiovascular, some are strength training and some will be a combination of cardio and strength training.
TURBO KICK: Designed to burn a lot of fat calories and feel like a party. Combines kickboxing, endurance drills, leg work and fun dance moves while targeting your core. An interval based class that allows participants of all fitness levels to participate and custom tailor their workout.
YOGA:
Hatha Yoga –gentle stretching for relaxation, stress reduction and increased flexibility
Vinyasa/Power Yoga – A more vigorous, fitness based approach to yoga in which poses flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. One breath – one movement
ZUMBA: Combines high energy & motivating Latin and International music and is based on the principle that a workout should be “Fun and Easy to do”. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning
